Helping Hands of Monroe is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to be a source of funding to augment programming needs associated with our Mission Statement. We realize that in today’s world partnerships are the way to strengthen ideas, programs, skill development, awareness, self-esteem, and care for “special needs” individuals.
